Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online store operated under the name Magodi Interiors (the "Store"). By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use this Store.

2. Platform operator

This Store is powered by 389 Store, a retail commerce platform owned and operated by 389 Group Ltd ("389 Group", "we", or "us" where referring to the platform). Magodi Interiors uses 389 Store to present products, take orders, and process online payments.

Unless stated otherwise, references to the merchant selling goods or services through this Store mean Magodi Interiors.

3. The Store

The Store allows you to browse products, save items to a wish list, create a customer account, place orders for delivery or collection (where enabled), and track order status. Features available may vary by store settings.

4. Accounts

• You must sign in or create an account to complete checkout.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep it up to date.
• Magodi Interiors or 389 Group may suspend access if these Terms are breached or if there is a security risk.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

• Product details, prices, and availability are set by Magodi Interiors and may change without notice.
• An order is an offer to buy; Magodi Interiors may accept, decline, or cancel orders in limited cases (for example stock errors or suspected fraud).
• Payment is processed through the payment methods enabled for this Store (including OneKhusa where configured).
• Delivery fees, collection options, and taxes shown at checkout form part of your payable total.

6. Delivery and collection

Where delivery is offered, it may be limited to specific areas (for example Lilongwe) with fees shown at checkout. Collection is available only when enabled by Magodi Interiors. You are responsible for providing a correct address and being available to receive your order.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Store for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes;
• attempt to bypass security, payments, or account controls;
• interfere with the Store, the 389 Store platform, or other customers;
• misuse personal data belonging to others.

8. Merchant and platform responsibilities

Magodi Interiors is responsible for product quality, inventory accuracy, fulfilment, returns or refunds policies they communicate to you, and customer service for store purchases.

389 Group Ltd provides the 389 Store platform technology. 389 Group is not the seller of goods listed by Magodi Interiors, except where 389 Group expressly operates a store under its own name.

9. Intellectual property

The 389 Store platform software, branding, and documentation are owned by 389 Group or its licensors. Store branding, product content, and images remain the property of Magodi Interiors or their respective owners.

10. Disclaimers

The Store and platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Magodi Interiors nor 389 Group Ltd will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Store. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Malawi unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The revised date above will change when updates are posted. Continued use of the Store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
